Healed Every One

It was powerful.

That is an understatement of major significance. There are no words to express the impact this man had on people. Then-He was no ordinary man.

No human had ever experienced this combination of powerful teaching and physical healing. Not some healing, EVERY disease and sickness. Souls and bodies were restored. The news about Him spread like wildfire over the region. Here was someone who could heal your mind and remove the sickness and pain which ravaged your body.

What if this happened today? What would you do? Would you find yourself on the way to hear this man? Would hospital and clinic appointments be canceled all around the region?

This man did not prescribe a shot, a pill or some type of medicine. Take your disease or sickness to Him and He HEALED. Wellness happened. No human before or since has ever had such power. Listen to Him teach and preach and your soul was healed of its sin problem.

Now ask yourself a question about this account. What has never changed about it?

Every one of the people who heard Jesus teach and preach has died. All of those whose sickness, pain and disease are long decayed. None of the people who flocked to Jesus around the Sea of Galilee in the Middle East are living today.

Only Jesus lives today.

His power is the same.

His message has never changed: “Believe in Me. Your sins will be forgiven.”

Just because we can’t see Him doesn’t mean He doesn’t exist. He is the Son of God! He is the same yesterday, today and forever. And where will we find Jesus today? Good news! He is “at hand.” See how near your hands are?

“I keep my eyes always on the Lord. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.”

Psalm 16:8

Because Jesus is now “unseen” does it mean He has changed how He cares for you? Repeat: He is the SAME…yesterday, today and forever. He is at your right hand.

We can go to Him just as those people did centuries before…you do not need to get in your car, take a plane or walk a long distance…Say…Jesus.

He knows what you need.
