These Unsearchable Things

It snowed today,

before first light,

wet, heavy, pure white snow.

Clouds thinned, sunshine arrived,

an hour after sunup.

Everything pure, white, and sparkling.

What to photograph was the dominant question.

God knows all things.

So, I asked.

Don’t be startled.

We can ask.

As you view the photos consider this fact:

Each photo reveals things that are unsearchable.

Ask yourself as you look, “What are the unsearchable things of this picture?”

These are the photos; we’ll give them names:

+Chickadee Upside Down

+Snow coated leaf

+Frosted Brome Grass

+Prairie’s Edge

+Sunlit Heads of Big Blue-stem

+Glistening Prairie

+Snow Drops on Big Blue-stem

+October Prairie Clouds

+Southbound

+End of Season Gold

Unsearchable things belong to God.

Want to know some?

Ask Him…

“This is what the Lord says,

he who made the earth,

the Lord who formed it and established it—

the Lord is his name:

‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’

Jeremiah 33:2-3
