Go to a wild place.
It’s quiet there.
Go about sunset.
Sit down and watch.
Watch shadows lengthen and disappear.
Watch the land grow dark.
Look up to the sky.
Marvel at the clouds.
See them move.
See them change.
Be awed.
Be still.
Just turn your head from east, to north, to west, then south.
Take the whole sunset in.
Stay until the sun goes down.
Then wait in stillness.
Watch the twilight deepen.
