They Fill the Sky

A large showy one carries tons of water.

They move.

Speed varies from 30 to 120 miles per hour.

They come in colors.

Our eyes see blue, red, gray, lavender, purple, even green in storms.

They come in 10 basic types.

Here are five of them…cumulus, stratus, nimbo-stratus, cirrus, and cirro-stratus.

They carry life.

Without them earth would dry up.

They change shape.

Children spend delight filled time finding shapes in them.

They cause humans to think.

Why am I here?

There must be more than what I see.

What beauty there is in them!

Is there an unseen power behind them?

He loads the clouds with moisture, and they flash with his lightning. Job 37:11
