walk in a forest.
Find quiet, soul soothing silence, the absence of conflict and rest for your soul.
Peace is found, in a single mushroom, a solitary green plant, and raindrops on a leaf.

God puts peace in the forest, in your heart.
Consider how quiet it was when each of the above photos were taken. The only sound was the wind in Aspen leaves…that is peace!
